Who is Divert ?

Germaine van Bree is your sparring partner. She has an extensive background in executive and senior management. She has worked on the gender diversity theme for many years in those positions.  

In 2008 she founded Divert. On the basis of her hands-on experience she provides a valuable contribution to the balance in organisations and the growth of high potentials. She approaches the gender diversity theme at the top of organisations in a practical manner and mainly from a business perspective. 

Before founding Divert, HRM and commerce at strategic and operational levels were her main scope. Educated as an Interpreter-Translator Italian, lived and worked in Italy and the U.K. Has a career of more than 30 years with several companies in the commercial service industry. Of which more than 15 years were at an international level.        

As a Senior Director with Randstad Holding she was jointly responsible for the introduction and implementation of International Account Management. 

Qualities that characterize Germaine (according to her business relations) are: passion, thoroughness, fairness and honesty, enthusiasm and people-oriented.  

Besides being an NMI mediator she is a Licensed Practitioner of the Insights Discovery® Methodology.
