Charter “Talent to the Top”

 

In May 2008 forty-seven organisations committed to signing the Charter “Talent to the Top”: by defining concrete targets aimed at getting more female talent on board, to retaining them and ultimately to promoting them into management positions  The focus of Talent to the Top lies in recruiting new subscribers to the Charter. Since May 2009 a large number of new organisations have committed themselves to the goals of the Charter.

Because of its independent, non-commercial position, Talent to the Top does not offer support or advice concerning content of the Charter to the subscribers. Talent to the Top wants to play a key role between the subscribers and the various players on the “diversity m/f” field.
