Gender diversity is a subject that everyone has an opinion on. Often those opinions differ considerably. It’s a subject with emotional and also subjective elements. It is not uncommon that one is unaware that one acts on the basis of blocking beliefs or preconceived ideas.  

The DivertIMento workshops aim to accelerate that awareness. By putting things in perspective with a serious undertone. Issues are made discussible and transparent with a considerable portion of fun. Because of the fact that the use of lubricant simply produces more result than the use of sand paper!

With the workshops   

• we break through barriers (think of awareness of differences and complementarities of male and female leadership, prejudices, blocking beliefs and “unconscious” behaviour)
• we create a result with buy-in
• we define the elements for a concrete and result oriented Plan

For customers who are already familiar with the language of the Insights Discovery® Methodology these workshops can be made client specific on the basis of that methodology.
